I'm placing an order for a gift, will you post a photo of the product?
During the holiday's we try to be very discreet about posting any photo's of products that could be a gift. If you do not want a photo to be posted until after a certain date or not at all, please let us know in the notes section when ordering. 
    How long will my order take to process?
      Typically orders are processed within 7 - 9 business days. Once completed - we will notify you via text, email, or on a social media platform to let you know you may pick up your order. Please note this is an average turnaround time, but some unexpected delays may occur. If you need your order expedited, please email us at Hello@silverfallsengraving.com Additional fees may apply.
        Shipping & Returns
        How much is shipping?
          Shipping costs vary depending on the order total. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

            Do you accept returns & exchanges?

              Given that our items are individually customized, we do not accept returns and or exchanges. However, we do understand that things happen. Please reach out to us directly if you have any issues or concerns.
